Morning Smoothie

Most every morning starts with a delicious smoothie. I like trying all kinds of things but when I just want the good ol' standard, this is my go-to smoothie. There are LOTS of seeds in this anti-oxidant rich smoothie therefore I always strain them out with my Smoothie Press™.


1/2 Banana

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

1 cup mixed berries (blackberry, blueberry and strawberrry)

Protein powder

If it's too thick, add a little more liquid.
