Green Goodness Smoothie
  • 1 cup cold, filtered water

  • 1/2 organic banana

  • 4 leaves organic romaine

  • handful of spinach

  • handful cilantro (about 10 sprigs)

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 pear

And just a smidge of turmeric grated over the top.

Tired of drinking water that's just plain boring? Did you know that you can use your Smoothie Press for fruit infused water too? It's so easy and a delicious way to keep you hydrated. Just fill your tumbler with regular or sparkling water and toss in some fruit. Press it to the bottom and even squish it up a bit! Fruit stays in the bottom while allowing the flavors to infuse your water. It's really refreshing.
